BIM: evaluating the building before it is built

To help you in realising your complex buildings or infrastructures, EQUANS’ expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling) is at your service. Based on a 3-D model, BIM allows you to switch between different operating systems (not only the technical part).
The outcome? Before the first stone is laid, the project is already partly “finished” thanks to its digital persona! After completion, the model also allows you to optimise maintenance operations, guarantee the follow-up and management of your technical installations and anticipate your future renovations or repairs.
